About the Role We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to redesign whole-person care at our Silver Lake clinic. As a foundational member of our team, you won’t just provide primary care and women’s health services—you’ll actively reimagine and evolve the care model at Tia to better serve women. What You’ll Do Clinical Care : Provide comprehensive primary care and women’s health services in an outpatient setting. Quality & Advocacy : Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across diverse clinical needs. Collaboration : Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care. Clinical Innovation : Contribute to development of care models, protocols, and innovative practice standards. Data & Tech : Leverage technology and data to support evidence-based decisions and efficient documentation. What You’ll Bring Credentials : NP or PA; National Board Certification (e.g., ANCC, AANP, NCCPA); Active CA License and DEA. Clinical Expertise : 2+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women’s Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive patient-centered care. Operational Mindset : Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency. Training & Development Candidates lacking experience in the following areas will receive specialized training: Specialized Women’s Health : Menopause management and sexual health. Expanded Primary Care : Medical dermatology, weight management, procedural scope. Work Location This role is based in our Silver Lake clinic. Clinic Hours (PST) 8:00a - 5:30p; 8:00a - 7:00p 2 days/week Compensation & Benefits The expected base salary range for this role is $140,000 — $160,000, depending on level and experience.
