Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience or strong interest in pediatric populations
• Ability to work effectively with K-4th grade students of diverse needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support academic achievement and communication development
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress reports
• Engage students in creative, evidence-based therapy sessions to foster a positive learning environment
