Project Manager - Sales Enablement & Marketing

Redtech is helping our client with a Contractor search for a Project Manager - Sales Enablement & Marketing Location - Downtown Seattle, WA/Parking is not provided - Hybrid - onsite 4 days/week in Seattle office (M-Th)/Fridays remote - daily schedule 8am - 5pm Target start date - ASAP Duration - 6 months to start Must be able to successfully pass a background check Pay Rate Range -$8,500 - $10,200/month ($50 -$60/hr W-2 based on 170 hours/month) DOE - rate range assumes participation in full benefits Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. B enefits - (all are based on eligibility) Choice of 2 Medical/RX insurance plans from Premera - (Blue Cross Blue Shield). Premium is 100% company paid for employee.
Optional Dental/Vision coverage available Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) plan with company match Company paid Life/AD&D insurance for employee Sales Enablement & Marketing Project Manager (Contract) The Sales Enablement Project Manager will support Sales Enablement teams by managing the intake, coordination, and execution of creative and marketing requests that support CLIENT sales initiatives. This role is highly operational and requires exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working in fast-paced environments, and skilled at managing multiple priorities across cross-functional teams. This position will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Creative Services, and Marketing teams to ensure requests are clearly defined, appropriately prioritized, and delivered on time. While this role will primarily support Sales Enablement initiatives, the position may also provide project management and workflow support across broader Marketing initiatives as business needs evolve. This includes partnering with integrated marketing to help ensure operational alignment and timely execution of key projects. Key Responsibilities

- Manage andoversee incoming sales enablement requests submitted by Sales teams andtravel advisor partners
- SupportSr. Manager, Sales Enablement to review creative briefs to ensure requestscontain the appropriate level of detail, strategic direction, timelinesand required assets before routing to Creative Services
- Partnerclosely with the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement to prioritize projectsand maintain visibility into all active requests
- Ensureproduction timelines enable adequate review and deadlines are met
- Maintainaccurate project tracking and workflow management within Asana
- Proactivelyidentify gaps, bottlenecks, conflicting priorities, or incompleteinformation and work with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly
- Communicateproject status updates clearly and consistently to Sales teams andinternal partners
- Supportdevelopment and refinement of intake processes, workflows, and operationalbest practices to improve efficiency and responsiveness
- Coordinatea wide variety of sales enablement deliverables, including:
- Tradeadvertising
- Printadvertising
- Flyers andsales collateral
- Emailrequests
- Socialmedia assets
- Traveladvisor marketing materials
- Presentationsupport and promotional materials
- Supportadditional Sales Enablement initiatives and operational needs as assigned
- 5+ yearsof experience in project management, marketing operations, salesenablement, creative operations, or integrated marketing
- Strongexperience managing high volumes of projects and competing prioritiessimultaneously
- Exceptionalorganizational and follow-through skills
- Experiencereviewing or managing creative briefs and marketing workflows
- Proficiencyin Asana or similar project management platforms
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
- Strongattention to detail and ability to maintain operational consistency
- Ability towork collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Creative, and leadershipteams
- Experiencewithin travel, hospitality, cruise, or consumer marketing industriespreferred
