About the Opportunity \n
\n- Step into ownership and become the primary physician of an established, turnkey concierge internal medicine practice in Tucson, AZ, built over 36 years of private practice\n
\n- Personally care for the practice's patients while owning the practice from day one\n
\n- A third-party partner finances the transition; the incoming physician pays no money upfront and instead pays a percentage of earnings to the partner\n
\n- Hybrid model combining concierge membership with insurance billing\n
\n- 443 active concierge members generating approximately $1 million in annual membership revenue\n
\n- Loyal, long-standing patient base built around personalized, relationship-driven care\n
\n- 60-day supported transition with the retiring physician\n
\n- Transition anticipated to be complete by March 2027\n

Qualifications \n
