Care Plus Management
Care Plus Management is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at Lincoln Village Healthcare Center in Lincoln, IL. The RN provides direct nursing care, supervises LPNs and CNAs, and ensures all care aligns with policy, physician orders, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities include assessment, medication administration, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced geriatric setting. Requires IL RN license and prior long-term care experience.
