Staff Platform Engineer - Automation & DevEx Leader
Motive
Motive is hiring a Staff Engineer on the Developer Productivity team in Seattle. You will drive automated bootstrapping and delivery pipelines across SaaS, Mobile, and Embedded/IoT, shaping development tooling, build systems, and release pipelines. You will lead self-service tooling, improve local development experiences, and coach engineers while scaling Kubernetes-based infrastructure using Tekton, ArgoCD, Github Actions, Terraform and Helm.
