Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring seamless healthcare delivery and providing exceptional service to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient exams and procedures.
• Perform routine laboratory tests and administer medications as directed.
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation of medical histories.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient flow within the clinic.
• Provide patient education regarding treatments and health maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the examination rooms and equipment.
• Support front desk operations, including patient check-in and filing of records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in medical assisting preferred.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency in basic clinical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
