Donor Engagement Manager

Catholic Charities of St. Louis is currently seeking a full-time Donor Engagement Manager. The Donor Engagement Manager will serve as a frontline fundraiser focusing on qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors giving $1,000+. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of 150+ major gift prospects and donors Develop and execute individualized cultivation and solicitation strategies Conduct 100+ meaningful contacts with prospects/donors annually Secure gifts of $1,000+ from individual donors Identify, qualify, and develop new major gift prospects Partner with the CEO and leadership to develop donor engagement strategies Coordinate with the advancement team on fundraising campaigns Plan and execute donor cultivation events Maintain accurate records in CRM database Prepare proposals, reports, and correspondence for donors Track and report on fundraising progress toward goals Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field required Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, development, or relationship management Proven track record of soliciting and closing gifts of $1,000+ Proficiency with CRM systems and donor databases Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $55,000 – $62,000 Benefits include: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance Flexible spending accounts 403(b) with employer match Generous PTO About Catholic Charities of St. Louis Catholic Charities of St. Louis is one of the largest and most comprehensive social service agencies in the region, serving people regardless of religion, race, or nationality.
