Field Services Manager

Description Position Summary The Field Services Manager role acts as a key operational partner in executing project logistics, managing resources, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction across N-RG Cladding projects. Key Responsibilities The Field Services Manager oversees daily field operations, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site coordination. Support the planning and execution of deliveries, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe transportation of materials and equipment. Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project specifications. Communicate with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate operational needs and resolve issues promptly. Prepare reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide operational insights to the Field Services Manager. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other business units to ensure alignment of field operations with company goals and client expectations. Requirements Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction, field operations, logistics, or related roles. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of construction materials, delivery logistics, and field operations preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with teams, vendors, and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and scheduling/project management software. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Preferred Attributes Experience in cladding, glazing, or architectural construction projects. Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards. Ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
