We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to support our Riley Maternity Services unit. This role offers a flexible work schedule with four 10‑hour shifts and a hybrid‑remote setup – two days in the office and two days virtual, based on business needs. Key Responsibilities Coordinate care for assigned patients and develop comprehensive care plans managing the delivery of services across the healthcare continuum. Partner with patients and their primary physicians to create customized care plans tailored to individual needs and preferences. Oversee care for fetal interventions and initiate appropriate post‑operative follow‑up schedules while providing follow‑up calls to patients. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other health professionals to ensure timely delivery of appropriate tests and treatments. Advocate for patients, balancing care needs with financial considerations to facilitate efficient and effective treatment outcomes. Qualifications Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program; 3–5 years of experience preferred. Obstetrics experience preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA required; other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty. Knowledge of personal computers and various word‑processing and database software. Clinical work experience and understanding of medical terminology.
