• Schedule: Sunday through Friday with lots of overtime
  • Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or Finish
  • Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or Finish
  • Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or Finish
• Location: Rincon, GA
• Temporary-to-hire opportunity

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution team in Rincon, GA. This position will primarily be responsible for picking orders and completing put-aways using a reach truck while maintaining accuracy and safety. Candidates must be comfortable working extended hours, as overtime is expected and shifts may continue until the work is finished .

Responsibilities:

• Operate a reach truck safely to complete picking and put-away assignments.
• Move, stage, and store products throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pick orders and verify product and inventory locations.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity expectations.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed to complete daily operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous Reach Truck experience is required .
• Must be able to communicate in Spanish; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred .
• Ability to work Sunday through Friday and stay until the work is finished .
• Must be comfortable working frequent overtime and extended hours .
• Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety are required.
