Job Description Job Description Litigation Paralegal – Venice Beach Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 Location: Onsite in Venice Beach, CA Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a busy plaintiff-side firm in Venice. The firm focuses on personal injury and tenant rights litigation , representing individuals in a range of complex and high-stakes matters. Key Responsibilities: Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from intake through trial. Draft and prepare legal documents, including discovery, subpoenas, pleadings, and trial exhibits. Organize and maintain case files, evidence, and medical records. Coordinate depositions, mediations, and expert communications. Prepare trial binders and assist with trial logistics. Conduct client communication with professionalism and empathy. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience , ideally in personal injury or tenant law. Strong knowledge of California state court procedures and e-filing requirements. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
