Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial records, handling billing and collections and ensuring accurate financial record keeping. Including accounts payable, accounts receivables, payroll and expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record Financial Transactions: Enter daily financial information into an accounting system or software.
- Accounts Payable: Process and pay vendor bills and manage outstanding supplier payments.
- Accounts Receivable: Create and send invoices to customers and track incoming payments.
- Bank and Account Reconciliation: Regularly match company financial records to bank and credit card statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Tax Preparation: Assist with preparing financial documents and data needed for tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Attention to detail, accurate record-keeping and error detection.
- Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Data Entry skills must have high proficiency in entering and managing financial data.
- Accounting software experience and platforms such as QuickBooks.
