Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Johnston is a planned 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital that offers comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation services designed to return patients to leading active and independent lives.
Our hospital provides a wide range of physical rehabilitation services, a vast network of highly skilled, independent private practice physicians and Encompass Health therapists and nurses. We also offer the most innovative equipment and rehabilitation technology, ensuring that all patients have access to the highest quality care.
ENCOMPASS HEALTH PM&R JOB DESCRIPTION HIGHLIGHTS
We are looking for a full time PM&R Inpatient Physician interested in building a practice and growing with the community. This opportunity has a great financial package available including generous income guarantee and full relocation. Encompass Health has a wonderful group of collegial physicians with plenty of specialty support from local acute care hospitals.
- Join other PM&R and Internal Medicine physicians
- 20-25 Patient Volume
- Effective Marketing teams based at acute care hospitals
- Consulting Caseload
WHERE YOU WILL PRACTICE JOHNSTON, RI
Johnston, located in Providence County, has a population just shy of 30,000. A nature lover s dream, Johnston is home to Snake Den State Park which is located on the Appalachian Trail. With beautiful vistas and tulip fields, this park is a huge draw for visitors to the area.
QUALIFICATIONS
- MD or DO with state medical license or willingness to obtain state license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Patient-centered commitment to excellence
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Hospital-based physiatry experience preferred
- New Grads Accepted
