Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to specialty
Description: Supervises nursing care. Coordinates total patient care for patients in collaboration with the physician. Leads and directs interdisciplinary care teams from Intensive Care level units to Med/Surg level units. Floats from one unit to another as requested. Monday night call and rotates every 3rd to 4th weekend for on-call duties.
