This is a permanent position where we are looking for someone with a background in real estate finance, familiar with working with New York banks/clients, and capable of handling high volume loan documents and closing statements. Qualifications Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in the state (NJ preferred; NY acceptable). Minimum 2–10 years of experience as a transactional real estate attorney. Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex real estate transaction documents. Extensive experience with loan documents, NY clientele (banks or private lenders), and closing statements. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
