Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Onsite

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Mandatory Skills:

PEGA, Project Delivery, Agile (Scrum/SAFe)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project plans, scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and financials.
Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders for requirements, priorities, and approvals.
Lead status reporting, steering committee reviews, and executive communications.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
Foster collaboration among business, architecture, development, QA, and operations teams.
Oversee requirements elaboration, user story grooming, and acceptance criteria definition.
Ensure successful SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production release readiness.
Track KPIs, delivery milestones, quality metrics, and resource utilization.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years managing enterprise application projects.
Strong experience delivering Agile/Scrum-based projects.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience managing large distributed teams (onsite/offshore model).
Hands-on understanding of SDLC, application development, testing, and production support.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Pega platforms and workflow/case management applications.
Automotive industry experience, preferably with OEMs.
Experience with warranty, claims, recovery, dealer, or after-sales business processes.
PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
Experience supporting global rollout or multi-country transformation programs.
