Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care for neonatal patients and other age groups as assigned
- Manage ventilator support, airway clearance, aerosol therapy, chest physiotherapy, and oxygen delivery
- Monitor patient response, adjust therapies per physician orders, and interpret basic respiratory data
- Perform airway clearance techniques, suctioning, and related procedures while ensuring safety and infection control
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team during rounds and communicate changes in patient status
- Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, documenting care and outcomes accurately

Requirements
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Current PA respiratory therapy license or license-eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
- Neonatal care experience required
- Ability to work the night shift in a hospital setting
