BIM Specialist

Pay or shift range: $75,000 USD to $95,000 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Travel Required : No Description At Clark Pacific, the BIM Modeler plays a critical role in the successful design, detailing, fabrication, and installation of precast concrete building systems. Working as part of an integrated engineering team, this position develops and maintains accurate 3D models and construction drawings while collaborating with Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, and Field Operations to deliver complex commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and advanced manufacturing projects. Location: Phoenix, Arizona Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential functions. Create, edit, and maintain 3D structural models using Tekla Structures and Revit. Develop detailed construction and fabrication drawings from BIM models. Coordinate models with Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, and Field Operations. Perform quality control reviews to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards. Assist in project setup, BIM coordination, clash detection, and model maintenance. Support engineering teams by developing discipline-specific BIM content. Read and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and design documents. Communicate model updates and design changes across project teams. Maintain project documentation and BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience using Tekla, Revit, or another 3D BIM platform in the construction industry. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Tekla Structures experience. Precast concrete, structural steel, or commercial building experience. Experience working on commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities.
