This role is responsible for the experiences customers rely on to verify they have found the right part and understand how it fits into a broader repair or maintenance need.You will own key customer-facing capabilities that help customers evaluate, validate, and purchase the right part, including Product Detail Pages (PDPs), 2D parts diagrams, 3D parts models, Planned Maintenance Kits, and Small Repair solution experiences.Your focus is ensuring customers have the information, tools, and visual guidance needed to make informed decisions. ability to manage software problems in installed software products.Software Product Business Knowledge: Knowledge of and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manage install base, current uses, future plans, and product vision.User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Knowledge of UAT activities, tasks, tools and techniques;
