What You’ll Do: Provide exceptional service to our customers while processing a variety of banking transactions accurately and efficiently. Travel between designated branches to support staffing needs and maintain consistent service levels. Build rapport with customers and identify opportunities to refer bank products and services that meet their needs. Uphold compliance and security standards to protect both customers and the bank. What We’re Looking For: Strong customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail with the ability to handle cash responsibly. Flexibility to travel between branches as scheduled. Previous cash handling or banking experience preferred but not required—we provide training! Job Overview Provides exceptional customer service and basic product information through transactions including a variety of savings, checking and loan account transactions, as well as money orders and official checks. Utilizes the Walden Savings Bank Sales and Service Model to identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate business partners.
