Customer Service Associate – Car Wash

Status: Full-Time & Part-Time

Compensation: $13 - $15 per hour + commission (OTE $18+ per hour)

About the Role:

At Wash Associates, a Customer Service Associate (CSA1) is focused on delivering exceptional customer service while driving membership sales. This role is the front line of the customer experience and plays a key part in maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers and answering questions
• Promote and sell monthly memberships and upsell premium services
• Load vehicles and guide customers through the wash process safely
• Maintain site cleanliness, including general upkeep and equipment care
• Support daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow
• Encourage customer feedback and positive reviews

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; sales experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Customer-focused with attention to detail
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
• Reliable and punctual with flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Physically able to perform outdoor work and operate equipment

No prior car wash experience is required—we provide on-site training to help you succeed.
