Material Handler

1st Shift Material Handler, Westborough, MAJoin a supportive, fast-paced team where your work is valued every day! This is a full-time, first-shift role offering stability, growth potential, and the opportunity to work in a clean, organized warehouse environment. You'll play a key role in packaging, moving, and prepping inventory that keeps operations running smoothly.The Material Handler is responsible for packaging finished pallets, transporting materials within the facility using pallet jacks or forklifts, and ensuring efficient movement of inbound and outbound inventory. You'll also assist with the breakdown and sorting of materials and help keep the work area clean and safe.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Package and prepare pallets for outbound shipmentsLoad and unload packages, trucks, and parcel shipmentsBreak down and sort incoming materials (up to 50 lbs regularly)Operate pallet jacks safely to move materialsWrap and strap pallets for shipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaPerform data entry into a custom ERP systemFollow all safety protocols and company proceduresSupport team members as needed and perform other duties as assignedCompensation:Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.Benefits:We offer comprehensive benefits to include health and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).Skills/Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or GED is a plusExperience: Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, or forklift operation requiredComfortable in a fast-paced environmentAble to lift 30-50 lbs frequentlyExcellent organization and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detailAble to work well as part of a teamAble to follow verbal and written instructionsReady to take the next step in your career?
