Senior Product Manager, Lodging Connectivity The Lodging Connectivity team connects a broad range of global hotel and vacation rental inventory to Expedia Group through partnerships with software companies and advanced API technology. In this Role, You Will: Define and own the product vision and strategy for our developer and testing tools ecosystem. Shape an AI‑powered developer experience, integrating generative AI and machine learning to improve productivity and quality. Craft end‑to‑end developer journeys inspired by leading API and tooling platforms. Represent the voice of the developer and connectivity partner through all stages of the product lifecycle. Own product requirements and portfolio trade‑offs, translating business and partner use cases into clear, testable specifications. Drive product ideation by staying ahead of trends in developer tooling, testing, and AI. Lead backlog prioritization and execution, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Use data and experimentation to guide decisions and monitor KPIs/OKRs such as onboarding time, success rate, test coverage, partner satisfaction, and API reliability. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across engineering, program management, support, account management, marketing, legal, compliance, and data science. Communicate clearly and often to technical and non‑technical audiences. Minimum qualifications: Product management experience: Typically 6+ years, including senior level strategy and execution for complex technical products. Developer tools and testing experience: Proven ownership or close involvement with developer portals, SDKs, certification testing or sandbox environments. AI product experience: Hands‑on experience building or integrating AI/ML‑powered capabilities such as LLM‑based assistants or anomaly detection. API and platform fluency: Ability to read and reason about API designs and payloads, balancing reliability, performance and usability. Customer and partner centricity: Proven ability to represent external developers and partners in discovery, prioritization and design. Data‑driven decision making: Experience with experimentation, product analytics, A/B tests and operational metrics. Execution and collaboration: Strong track record of delivering outcomes in an agile environment, managing roadmaps and coordinating with multiple teams. Communication and influence: Excellent written and verbal skills, simplifying complex topics and influencing stakeholders. Global and inclusive mindset: Comfortable working across geographies and time zones, fostering inclusive collaborative relationships. Preferred qualifications: Domain experience in hospitality, travel, marketplaces, connectivity, or related supply‑driven businesses. Integration and partner experience translating use cases into technical requirements and providing feedback on API designs. Awareness of the broader AI and developer ecosystem (MCP, AI skills, SDKs, CI/CD, testing frameworks). Salary The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $173,000.00 to $242,500.00. Employees may earn up to $277,000.00 based on performance.
