Municipal Law Attorney Up to $180K Base Salary + Bonus Hybrid in New Jersey

I am currently working with a firm based out of New Jersey who are actively seeking to hire an Attorney as they look to increase headcount. In terms of the opportunity, here are the headlines:

The Role

• Case Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of municipal and education law matters, providing comprehensive legal representation to school boards, municipalities, and public entities across New Jersey.
• Legal Research & Writing: Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other documents to support complex litigation and advisory matters.
• Client Advisory & Interaction: Serve as a trusted advisor to public officials, administrators, and educators—offering timely updates, strategic counsel, and practical solutions to legal challenges.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with experienced partners and senior attorneys on high-impact cases, gaining hands-on experience and meaningful responsibility from day one.

The Package

• Up to $180K Base
• Performance Related Bonus
