Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of behavioral health/mental health experience
• Experience providing clinical services to outpatient populations preferred
• Adolescent mental health experience preferred (adult behavioral health experience considered)
• Active Virginia license required to practice
• Bachelor’s or Master’s level clinical background as applicable to the role
• Experience with discharge planning preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification required
• CPI certification required
• Familiarity with Meditech Expanse EMR preferred
• Ability to provide patient-focused care in a behavioral health setting
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical documentation skills
