Student Records Reporting Coordinator

Job Description

Schedule:

Full-time position supporting academic records and reporting throughout each session. Workload will increase at the start and end of sessions and during academic-progress reporting periods.

Summary:

The Student Records Reporting Coordinator will maintain student academic records and ensure required information is accurately prepared and submitted to NNSY within required reporting timelines.

Requirements:

Must have experience managing academic records or student-information systems.
Must possess strong organizational and record-management skills.
Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Must appropriately protect confidential student information.

Duties:

Maintain enrollment, attendance, grade, and academic-progress records.
Prepare required student-status and performance reports.
Track academic and administrative issues requiring Government notification.
Coordinate transcripts, final grades, and student documentation.
