About the Position: As a domain subject-matter resource and steward, the Applications Analyst Senior (Advanced-Level III) role operates as an ecosystem generalist and sub-ecosystem specialist for digital technologies across a portfolio of enterprise applications and products. Serving as the primary liaison between all stakeholders-the organization, its vendors, and external partners, this role, in conjunction with team peers, leads its designated ecosystem of application lifecycle administration, request fulfillment, customer support, identity governance and administration, application portfolio management, documentation and knowledge management, education, operational discipline, workload management, and continuous improvement for a reliable, secure, and compliant operation. Furthermore, team members may mentor job family peers appropriate to their level. As a Business Applications Analyst Senior, the role supports the "business" applications digital ecosystem, enabling "people" and "processes" across the organization to succeed. The ecosystem includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms and related back-office capabilities, such as Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), timekeeping, payroll, finance/accounting, procurement and supply chain, contract/vendor management, process improvement, and other back-office and administrative digital platforms that support business operations. The role partners closely with business stakeholders (human resources, finance, supply chain, revenue cycle, ancillary business services, and operational leaders) to ensure reliable service delivery. REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- A minimum of six (6) years of Information Services experience, including applications support, clinical or business operations
- Certified Professional Information Health Information Management Systems (CPHIMS)
- Certified Professional in Health Information Technology (CPHIT)
