Job Description: As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on reshaping the way insurance is approached. We're seeking individuals who are tech-savvy, socially connected, and eager to make a meaningful impact. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with potential clients through various channels, including social media and digital platforms.
• Educating younger demographics on the importance of insurance and tailoring solutions to their unique needs.

Requirements:

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

About Our Agency

• Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Spokane and Pullman.
• Our office is open M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If staffing allows, TM's can work 8:30 - 5:30 with 1 hour lunch or 9 - 5:30 with half hour lunch.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 1994.
• We currently have 15 team members at our agency.
