All Ages Dining at Fireside Bar and Grill located inside Mark Twain Casino in LaGrange, MO.Join our dynamic team at Mark Twain Casino and earn a fantastic $1,000 retention incentive in your first year!Serve food and beverage to the Mark Twain Casino guests and performs other job duties.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTake customers orders for the food and beverage.Serve food and beverage in a cheerful, efficient manner and in accordance with the St. Jo Frontier Casino.Maintain customer's service standards applicable in the restaurant.Remove customer's soiled plates as soon as the customers have finished eating.When no busser is present bus, clean, and reset tables.Take all customer complaints to the supervisor or manager present.Perform side-work duties on a daily basis and as assigned by the lead or supervisor.Clean-up server side of line in the kitchen after each shift when no expeditor is present.Follow cleaning lists posted weekly by supervisor and sign off on them.Keep work stations and floor stations clean as possible at all times in accordance with the Missouri Health Sanitation's Laws and Safety.Display a positive attitude towards guests and co-workers.Maintain a clean storage area, assure all the equipment is in good working order.Maintain strict confidence regarding company related matters.Comply with company and department policies and procedures.Responsible for clocking in and out on time according to work schedule and reporting 8% of your reported tips and signing in daily on a sign-in sheet.Responsible for maintaining the personal hygiene standards set by the Food and Beverage Department and in accordance with the companies' hygiene standards.Perform any other duties as apparent or assigned by a lead or supervisor.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be at least 21 years of age.Education and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
