Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience with Nethealth EMR
• Minimum 85% productivity requirement for therapists

Assignment Details

• 5 days per week
• Typical daily caseload is 12 to 15 patients
• About 70% of the caseload is short-term rehab
• On-site training is provided on an as-needed basis depending on experience and comfort level
