College Student/Caregiver Experience

Martha's Hands offers you the opportunity to:

• Attend our Core Caregiver Training Class

• Work as a Home Health Aide based on your skills and comfort level.

• Shadow our Nurse Care Managers: Observe them completing Nursing Assessments, Care Plan Development, Orientation/Training of Caregivers and Clinical Oversight of variety of care situations.

• Scheduling Flexibility: Work around your other commitments - school, work, personal.

Our Caregivers are professionals who bring a variety of experiences to our client’s care. They assist with our Private Pay Client’s Daily Activities so they can remain in their homes. Our Caregivers are:

Salary Range: $15.00 - $18.00 (Base + Differential)

Required Experience:

Providing home care services to our clients takes special people. We are looking for caregivers that are willing to assist clients with their daily activities and embrace our mission of "Love through Service." Qualified Caregivers requirements:

• Must be over the age of 18

• Must have a valid ID

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must have a minimum of 1 year hands on caregiving experience (this can include experience through school, child care, etc.)
