Position Details Requisition ID: 2026-35841 Job Location: U.S. Army, Hampton, AR Position Type: Full Time Position Classification: On‑Site Job Function: Quality Job Summary Provides technical support to the quality and quality engineering (QE) functions. Conducts quality control (QC) inspections on products, materials, components, parts, etc. at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards. Captures and analyzes statistical data from processes to either confirm compliance with established standards or identify deviations from standards. Recommends new or enhanced methods, procedures and standards. General Profile Working supervisor of a team (spends a portion of time performing the work supervised) or supervises the daily activities of production team members Must have one or more of any direct report type Analyses information to solve on‑going problems and implements procedures and approaches to complete work Responsible for results of the team Provides direction to team using extensive knowledge of established precedents and practices Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment Essential Functions Oversees and monitors the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards. Establishes inspection protocols, defines sampling procedures, and determines equipment and mechanisms to be used in the testing process. Recommends changes in specifications of materials, parts, and products based on inspection results. May formulate and revise quality control policies and procedures. Leads and directs the work of other employees and has some responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & General Managers. Required Qualifications Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 3‑5 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree Knowledge, skills & abilities: Leadership Skills. Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds. May need to stand for long periods of time. This position is Safety‑Sensitive. Travel Requirements Up to 25% travel likely.
