Customer Service CoordinatorWinpak Heat Seal is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Pekin, Illinois. The Customer Service Coordinator is at the heart of our customer operations, serving as a key liaison between customers, sales, production, and logistics. If you excel at building strong relationships, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and sales representatives, providing timely, professional, and solution-oriented support.Build and maintain strong customer relationships by proactively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Manage customer orders from initial request through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and alignment with customer expectations.Coordinate with production, logistics, graphics, quality, and finance teams to facilitate efficient order fulfillment and achieve on-time delivery commitments.Communicate customer requirements related to product specifications, artwork, pricing, forecasts, and packaging to ensure accurate execution across departments.Monitor order status, production schedules, and customer commitments, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or service concerns.Analyze inventory levels, customer usage trends, and forecasts to support continuity of supply and maintain appropriate inventory levels.Prepare and communicate inventory reports, forecasts, and service-related metrics to support informed decision-making and customer satisfaction.Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication flow, and service levels through collaboration and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.Support compliance with company policies, quality standards, food safety requirements, and continuous improvement practices while contributing to special projects and other business initiatives as assigned.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience working in a customer-focused and cross-functional environmentExperience in a role that required managing multiple priorities, coordination of competing deadlines, and maintenance of a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Experience in a role requiring strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate information clearly, professionally, and effectively while building positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.Preferred Qualifications:Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholdersPost-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferredExperience using cloud-based applications and digital collaboration tools preferred.Experience using ERP and/or CRM systems to manage customer information, orders, inventory, or business transactions.Additional Details:This position is fully onsite at 1821 Riverway Drive, Pekin IllinoisWork schedule – Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pmCompensation range: $45,000-$55,000. The compensation range provided is a general guideline only.
