Retail Team Leader

Pay: $19-21/Hour (based on experience) Location: 2170 South Center Road, Flint MI 48519 Overview As a Retail Team Leader (Key Holder), you will take on increased responsibility and future growth into leadership. This role suits someone who is passionate about customer service, detail-oriented in stocking and inventory management, and proficient with point-of-sale systems and store maintenance. Responsibilities Opening and closing the store. Assisting with daily store operations and tasks for the day. Assisting in unloading all merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transferring merchandise from the stockroom to the store. Maintaining merchandise – product rotation, proper food handling, receiving, and ensuring product quality. Providing exceptional customer service by building relationships, problem solving, and increasing sales. Cash handling – bank deposits, providing change for cashiers, setting and counting down registers. Helping to build and train the team. Developing leadership skills while aiding in supervising sales associates in the performance of their assigned duties. Occasionally responding to alarm calls during non‑working hours and working shifts at other stores in the local geographic area as required. Qualifications Have 1‑2 years of retail experience with progressively increasing responsibility. Physical requirements: Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and lift above shoulder height frequently. Schedule availability: Ability to work a flexible, full‑time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to safely operate power equipment such as slicing equipment, walkie lifts, and forklifts where applicable. Must be a minimum of 18 years old. High School Diploma or equivalent.
