Manufacturing HR Generalist People & Compliance

Dexter is hiring an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing environment. You will administer benefits, leave, onboarding, training, and compliance while maintaining accurate HRIS data and driving continuous improvement in people processes.

You will partner with leaders to coach on policy interpretation, manage performance cycles, and assist with recruitment and employee lifecycle initiatives across facilities.
