Execute the test suites as per the project requirement at different levels of testing. Mobile App Testing/E-commerce. Attend status review meetings, interacted with developers, Architects to resolve the issues. Be involved in projects from test planning phase to final release and perform end to end testing of the POS application. Review Requirements, and peer Test Cases to ensure test case coverage. Post defects and track same using Team Foundation Server, JIRA. Have a analytical and has good understanding and designing business workflows resolve and improve the needs of the business requirements. Well versed with usage of lean methodologies, standardized test case design/execution matrices and other test efficiency measures to track productivity improvements. Experience with onshore-offshore global delivery model and have managed teams to deliver quality testing. Assisted in Pre and Post Production support during all releases. Testing Magneto Website with new and upgrading functionality. Worked in Production support for Viopsys. Validate and evaluate the tickets logged are technical issues and training issues. Testing and solving the issues via Telephone and email. Warehouse management system-Softeon. End to End and Regression Testing, UI & Compatibility Testing. E-commerce web application integration and enhancement with Magento. Environment: SQA Testing & Methodologies, Oracle, DB2 Scripting, SQL, Excel/VBA macro scripting/JIRA, Pivotal Tracker, TFS, Warehouse Management System, Viopsys, RMS, ORPOS, SIM, OCM.
