responsibilities:

• System Testing & Technical Debugging: Perform high-level repairs, module verification, and system-level debugging using electrical engineering principles to troubleshoot PCBAs and complex assemblies.
• Process Oversight & Compliance: Develop and improve burn-in and test processes while ensuring all activities strictly adhere to safety, ISO-9000, and BABT regulatory standards.
• Yield & Reliability Optimization: Analyze quality yields to identify and eliminate 'yield detractors,' working cross-functionally with Quality Engineering to enhance product reliability.
• Hands-on Equipment Management: Lead the fabrication of new test fixtures, coordinate preventive maintenance and calibration schedules, and manage the setup of complex hardware like disk arrays and Ethernet connections.
• Critical Communication & Integration: Utilize smooth verbal and simple written communication to document results, facilitate training certifications, and support New Product Introduction (NPI) within clean room or manufacturing environments.
