Stuteville Chevrolet of Durant is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our sales team as Automotive Sales Consultants.

Whether you have previous sales experience or come from a customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or other people-focused background, we provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through one of the most important purchasing decisions they make. Your job is to build relationships, understand customer needs, and help them find the vehicle that best fits their lifestyle and budget.

What you'll do includes welcoming customers and providing a professional, friendly experience, learning about customers' needs, wants, and budget, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits, guiding customers through the purchase process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, building and maintaining relationships that generate repeat business and referrals, and continuously developing product knowledge and industry expertise.

What we're looking for includes strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and professional appearance, self-motivation with a strong work ethic, ability to build trust and rapport with customers, a goal-oriented mindset, basic computer skills, and sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
