Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long-term care assignment. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately.
• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and responses to care.
• Communicate changes in resident status to physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license required.
• Current BLS Certification preferred.
• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong medication administration and clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
