Customer Service Administrator Sales Analyst

Robert Half is recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client in the aerospace industry. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience in account management, order processing, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.

Process and track customer orders from entry through delivery.

Maintain order books, delivery schedules, and customer forecasts.

Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

Prepare customer reports, KPIs, forecasts, and quotations.

Resolve customer inquiries and issues while maintaining a high level of service.

Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, account management, or order administration.

Strong customer relationship and communication skills.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, aviation, or industrial environments is preferred.

Power BI experience is a plus.

• Power BI experience is an advantage.
