HR Operations SpecialistThis position provides foundational HR operational support by responding to routine employee inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate HR data and records. The role focuses on learning HR systems, policies, and standard processes while delivering consistent service. The HR Operations Specialist follows established procedures, escalates issues appropriately, and builds functional expertise through hands-on execution and continuous learning.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute employee and contractor transactions in HR systems with attention to detail and data accuracy.Perform routine audits and validations to support data integrity and identify discrepancies for correction.Create, update, and maintain personnel files in accordance with records management standards.Support assigned HR programs and onsite activities by completing defined administrative and logistical tasks.Follow established process documentation and escalate issues or exceptions appropriately.Communicate clearly and professionally with employees and internal partners to resolve routine questions.Respond to employee and non-employee HR inquiries by accurately applying documented policies, procedures, and standard processes.Other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED.Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.Takes initiative within defined processes and deadlines, seeking guidance as needed.Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail, time management, and organization in a fast-paced environment.Strong customer focus with effective communication and collaboration across internal teams.Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment when handling sensitive information.Proficient experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Preferred Qualifications1 year of work experience in human resources.Experience with HR information system(s) such as Workday.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
