Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.20 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Tue: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Wed: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Thu: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Fri: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service at the front desk by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location. Monitor access to the lobby and reception area by verifying visitors, issuing badges or credentials, and directing patients, guests, and/or vendors in accordance with site procedures. Answer questions, receive incoming calls, and communicate with staff, visitors, and/or responders in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations at the front desk by documenting details and notifying appropriate personnel according to post instructions. Support daily front desk operations by maintaining accurate visitor logs, monitoring entry activity, and helping to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas. Minimum Requirements Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
