About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients in their homes, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
• Travel to client homes throughout the Grand Junction area

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving, home health, or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a client-first attitude
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a client schedule
