Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, coding requirements, and payer policies
• Serve as reimbursement and access expert for field support teams including sales representatives and account managers
• Conduct on-site assessments of provider education needs and facilitate stakeholder collaboration
• Proactively identify and address patient access barriers using data and account management
• Build relationships with customers and manage territory logistics and account business planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Minimum five years of relevant pharmaceutical or healthcare reimbursement experience
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and payer benefit structures
• Ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of healthcare ecosystem changes and payer policies
