These programs may involve the administration of modalitiesSupervises the treatments provided by the Physical Therapist Assistants relative to the goals and treatment plans of patients. Communicates with Physical Therapist Assistants regarding the prognosis of the patientCompletes documentation, which meets federal and state guidelinesMaintains licensure in conjunction with federal and state guidelinesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's, Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degreeCurrent Massachusetts Physical Therapist license or the ability to obtain licensure prior to start dateAmerican Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationPreferred Qualifications:Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, as required by specialty1+ years of outpatient experience; new graduates and candidates with equivalent clinical training are encouraged to applyPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment.
