Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork skills, providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population. This position involves working with adults, including geriatric patients and those with post-operative needs. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the Medical/Surgical floor. Monitor patient condition and administer medications as per physician orders. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes. Assist in post-surgical recovery and care management. May float to the Senior Behavioral Health Unit or ICU as a sitter if needed (rare). Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Medical/Surgical setting. Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
