Certified Appraiser Training Opportunity
Rally Appraisal LLC
Rally Appraisal ( a regional real estate appraisal firm with a footprint across five states, is seeking to hire and train Certified Residential and Commercial Real Estate Appraisers for the Collinsville, IL/St Louis, MO market.
This is a training opportunity within an established office located in Collinsville, IL. You will support a high-performing team while helping to expand our market coverage, leveraging our strong reputation and well-known brand.
The training period typically lasts 12–18 months and includes a salaried compensation structure. Upon certification, the role transitions to commission-based pay, offering a significant increase in earning potential for individuals who demonstrate initiative, motivation, and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adhere to uniform processes
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, economics, real estate, business, or a mathematics related field.
