Description: OR RN Circulator Start date: 8/31 Ratios: 1:1 Years of experience REQ: 1 First-timers accepted: YES Weekend REQ: 2 shifts per 6 weeks Certs REQ: BLS Is on-call REQ? YES Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Only if COVID cases results in elective case suspension.

TO Restrictions: No RTO on contract, RTOs can be discussed with manager Special Requirements: Level II Trauma Center. Ortho/Neuro heavy. Must be comfortable with pediatrics. 30 minute Trauma Call response time. Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Level II Trauma, Level I Peds Trauma Total Staffed Beds: 615 Scrub Color: Royal Blue Charting: Cerner Parking Cost: included in FDI

Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics Daily Census: 45 Number of Rooms: 18

Interdisciplinary Support: IV Teams, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Lift Teams, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Transportation, Unit Secretary Patient Diagnoses: Level II Trauma Center. Ortho/Neuro heavy. Must be comfortable with pediatrics. 30 minute Trauma Call response time. Special Equipment: Da Vinci, Cori, Rosa and Mazor Robots.

Compliance Docs due two Fridays before the Monday start (10 days before start). Pass/Fail EKG exam (3 attempts) Modules: Modules are billable, up to 8 hours for RN and 4 hours for Allied. Any time spent on modules beyond the allotted time is non-billable Modules are completed pre-start and annually, and hours vary by specialty
