PHARMCAREUSA in Brunswick, OH is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our overnight team! We are seeking an energetic, Full-Time Pharmacy Technician to become part of our team. Experience with insurance, prior authorization, and adjudication preferred. Data entry skills are a must! This position is specifically for the overnight shift. Receive in-coming phone calls; research issues, problem solve and provide exceptional customer service

Perform basic administrative duties such as scanning, filing and typing

Maintain excellent attendance to schedules; stay on task

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Process all charges generated by the department; work from the medication profile, individual charge cards and floor stock forms

Type all correspondence for the department

Establish and maintain office and general files for the department

Job Specifications: Critical Evaluation Communication Relationship Management Ethical Practice Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including PPT Excellent communication and organization skills

Physical Demands: Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Must be able to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment such as calculators, copy machines and printers up to 100% of the time; Regularly required to talk and hear in order to communicate effectively over the phone and in person; Must be able to see 100% of the time to recognize medications, detect inaccuracies, and observe the work of others with or without correction; This position is very active and requires standing for long periods, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching and stooping; Must be able to lift and/or transport materials weighing up to 25 pounds, up to 10% of the time; Must be able to tolerate normal office/pharmacy environment and exposure to various medications
